We understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To provide flexibility while ensuring that we can manage our bookings effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations Made 7 Days Prior to Arrival Date:
A full refund will be processed for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
2. Cancellations Made Within 5 Days of Arrival:
For cancellations made within 5 days but more than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid will be kept as credit. This credit can be utilized for future bookings within a 3-month period from the original arrival date.
3. Cancellations Made Within 72 Hours of Arrival:
For cancellations made within 72 hours but more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, a retention fee equivalent to 1 night's stay will be applicable. The remaining balance will be kept as credit for future use within a 60-day period from the original arrival date.
4. Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Arrival:
For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, full retention will be applicable, and no refund or credit will be provided.
5. Credit/Debit Card Cancellations:
All cancellations processed through credit or debit cards will incur a 5% fee to cover transaction costs.
6. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Period
During designated holiday seasons — including Holi, Durga Puja, and 22nd December to 31st December — all bookings shall be non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-amendable. Guests are kindly advised to plan their travel itinerary carefully prior to making a reservation to avoid any inconvenience.
7. Cancellation policy for group booking:
• A group booking is defined as 05 rooms and above.
• 25% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within20 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of additional 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
• 50% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 15 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of additional 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
• 100% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled bellow 15 days from the arrival date.
• The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund if applicable as per the company policy.
• This cancellation policy does not apply to weddings, anniversaries, or full/partly property bookings where a special clause is involved.
• If a signed agreement exists prior to booking, the terms of that agreement will supersede this policy.
8. Date Change Policy for group booking:
• Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy above.
• In the case of rebooking, a rate difference may be payable for the change as per the rate applicable for the rebooked date/ room type and subject to availability. The higher rate of the two will be charged from amongst the current rate or the future rate.
9. Refund policy for group booking:
• Refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
• All cancellations processed through credit or debit cards will incur a 5% fee to cover transaction costs.
