Rules & Regulations

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time is at 1:00 PM.

• Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification:

• All guests must present a valid government-issued ID upon check-in.

• International guests must present a valid passport and visa.

Reservations and Payments:

• A reservation is confirmed with a 50% advance deposit.

• The remaining balance is due upon check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

Cancellation Policy:

1. If cancelled 7 days prior to the arrival date, a full refund will be processed.

2. If cancelled within 5 days of arrival, the money will be kept as credit which can be utilized for future bookings for up to 3 months.

3. If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, 1 night retention will be applicable and the balance amount will be kept as credit for up to 60 days.

4. If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, full retention will be applicable.

5. Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged a 5% fee.

6. Cancellation policy may change during the holiday season; reception will inform you at the time of booking.

Room Security:

• Room Keys: Guests are responsible for their room keys. A lost key will incur a replacement fee. Please ensure your room is locked when you leave.

• Valuables: The resort is not responsible for valuables left in guest rooms as there are no safes available. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure.

• Room Inspection: Housekeeping will perform daily room inspections. Please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you do not wish to be disturbed.

• Cooking: Cooking in the rooms and on the lanais/patios is strictly prohibited.

Cyber Security:

• Wi-Fi Access:
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for all guests. Please use the login credentials provided at check-in.
For your security, avoid accessing sensitive personal or financial information over public Wi-Fi.

• Device Security:
Keep your personal devices secure and do not leave them unattended in public areas.
The resort is not responsible for any data breaches or loss of personal information.

• Prohibited Activities: Guests are prohibited from engaging in illegal online activities, including downloading pirated content or accessing restricted websites.

Noise Policy:

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of other guests. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted during quiet hours.

• Common Areas: Noise levels in common areas should be kept to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Guest Conduct:

• Respectful Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards other guests and staff. Any form of harassment or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

• Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.

• Alcohol Consumption: Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed in private areas. Consumption of alcohol in public areas of the resort is not permitted.

• Parties and Gatherings:
The accommodation is not to be used to host parties or social/group gatherings.
Only guests whose names are on the guest list are authorized to stay in the rooms.
Any guest hosting a party or social/group gathering in the room or exceeding the number of authorized guests will be evicted without a refund.
The number of guests should not exceed the reservation. If it does, guests will be charged accordingly by the property.

Facilities and Amenities:

• Spa and Pool: Spa services require advance booking. Please contact the front desk for appointments. Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No lifeguard is on duty; swim at your own risk.

• Fitness Centre: The fitness center is open in the morning and evening. Outside shoes are not allowed. Please use equipment responsibly and follow posted guidelines.

Emergencies:

• Medical Assistance: In case of a medical emergency, please contact the front desk immediately. We have a first aid kit and can arrange for medical assistance.

Environmental Policy:

• Sustainability: We are committed to sustainability and encourage guests to participate in our eco-friendly initiatives. Please use water and electricity judiciously and dispose of waste in designated recycling bins.

Liability Disclaimer:

• Guest Property: Guest acknowledges that neither The Creek Boutique Resort nor the Owner of the Property’s insurance covers any of Guest’s or Guest’s personal property, including vehicles, against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause, except for injury or damage caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of The Creek Boutique Resort or the Owner of the Property. The Creek Boutique Resort and the Owner of the Property recommend that Guest carry or obtain insurance to protect Guest, Guest’s invitees, and their personal property from any loss or damage. The resort will not be liable for any kind of loss or damage.

Departure Policy:

• Check-out Procedure: Guests are required to check out by 11:00 AM. If a Guest fails to depart by 12:00 PM without arranging a late check-out, and this results in The Creek Boutique Resort being unable to clean and prepare the room for the next arriving guest, the departing Guest agrees to pay damages and costs incurred by the resort, including but not limited to moving the incoming guest to another room. A late check-out can only be arranged at an additional charge if the room does not have another guest's arrival scheduled. This option must be arranged in advance and cannot be added on the day of departure.

Outside Guest Visitor Policy

To maximize the safety and security of our in-house guests, The Creek Boutique Resort & Spa has implemented the following policy for outside guest visitors:

Visitor Registration:

All outside visitors must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. Visitors will be required to present a valid government-issued ID for registration.

Visitors are only allowed between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Guest Limits:

Each in-house guest is allowed a maximum of two visitors at a time. Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.

Restricted Areas:

Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms or private areas. They may use the common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, and outdoor facilities with the registered guest.

Conduct:

Visitors must adhere to all resort policies, including noise and behavior policies. Any form of misconduct by visitors will result in their immediate removal from the property and may impact the hosting guest’s stay.

Safety and Security:

For the safety and security of all guests, the resort reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor without prior notice.

Visitors are not allowed to bring large luggage or packages into the resort without prior approval.

Responsibility:

Registered guests are responsible for the behavior and actions of their visitors. Any damage caused by visitors will be charged to the registered guest's account.

Special Events:

For special events or gatherings, prior approval from the management is required, and additional charges may apply. The number of visitors for such events will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
