Terms & Conditions & Benefit Redemption Policy
1. Eligibility
The Book Direct benefits are available only to guests who make their room reservation directly with The Creek Resort & Spa through our official website or directly through our reservations team by phone.
2. How to Qualify
- The guest must have an eligible direct room booking.
- Bookings made through OTAs, travel agents, tour operators, corporate contracts, or other third-party channels are not eligible.
- The benefit is valid only during the guest’s stay covered by the eligible direct booking.
- Guests must provide their room number and/or reservation details when requesting the benefit.
3. How to Claim Each Benefit
Food – 10% OFF
To claim the benefit:
- Dine at the resort restaurant during the eligible stay.
- Provide your room number to the restaurant team before the bill is prepared.
- The restaurant team will verify the room and direct-booking eligibility.
- The 10% OFF will be applied to eligible food items before applicable taxes.
- Beverages & buffet are excluded.
Café – 10% OFF
To claim the benefit:
- Purchase eligible items at the resort café.
- Inform the café team that you have a Book Direct benefit and provide your room number.
- The team will verify your eligibility before preparing the final bill.
- The 10% OFF will be applied to eligible café items before applicable taxes.
- Beverages are excluded.
Spa – 10% OFF
To claim the benefit:
- Book your spa treatment through the spa/reception team.
- Inform the team that your reservation is an eligible Book Direct booking.
- Provide your room number for verification.
- The 10% OFF will be applied to eligible spa services at the time of billing.
- Advance booking is recommended and treatments are subject to availability.
- Retail products and other excluded items, if any, are not covered.
Laundry – 10% OFF
To claim the benefit:
- Submit your laundry through the resort’s standard laundry service.
- Provide your room number and inform the team that you are eligible for the Book Direct benefit.
- The laundry team will verify the booking.
- The 10% OFF will be applied to eligible laundry services at the time of billing.
- Express or special laundry services may be excluded.
4. Important Redemption Rules
- The guest must claim the benefit before the applicable bill is settled.
- Guests should mention the Book Direct benefit before requesting the final bill.
- The benefit cannot be claimed retrospectively after a bill has been settled.
- The benefit is linked to the eligible room reservation and is not transferable to non-staying guests.
- All eligible outlet bills should be charged to the registered guest/room for easy verification.
- If a guest pays directly at an outlet without providing the room number or without claiming the benefit before settlement, the discount may not be applied.
5. Combining Benefits
The guest may use the applicable Food, Café, Spa, and Laundry benefits separately during the same eligible stay, subject to the conditions applicable to each service. The Book Direct benefits cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional offer, package offer, corporate rate, or special rate unless specifically approved by the resort.
6. Calculation of Benefit
The 10% benefit applies only to eligible products/services and is calculated before applicable taxes. Applicable taxes will be charged separately as per prevailing regulations.
7. Verification
The resort may verify eligibility using the guest’s:
- Room number
- Guest name
- Reservation number
- Booking source
- Check-in/check-out dates
8. Cancellation or Booking Modification
If the direct booking is cancelled, transferred to a third-party booking channel, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the Book Direct benefits will no longer apply.
9. General Conditions
- All benefits are subject to availability and applicable operational restrictions.
- Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
- The resort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the offer.
- Management’s decision regarding the eligibility or applicability of the offer shall be final.
- Standard resort policies, booking terms, cancellation policies, and applicable taxes remain unchanged.
